Fabienne Forster studied German Language and Literature and Philosophy at the University of Bern as well as History and Philosophy of Knowledge at ETH Zurich, where she graduated in 2018 with a thesis on Charles S. Peirce's conception of reality. She has professional experience in the area of public research policy and administration, including her work for the Swiss Co-Presidency of the European Space Agency at the Swiss Space Office (SERI/SSO). Before starting her dissertation, she held a position in the philosophy division of a scientific publishing house and was a scientific assistant at the Chair of Philosophy at ETH Zurich.

Since 2020, Fabienne Forster is pursuing her Ph.D. in the research project: "Evolution in Science, Philosophy and the Public Sphere. The Example of Charles Sanders Peirce".
